FO with a reluctant helper

Thelma reluctantly volunteered (Mommy made me do it) to help show off this finished pair of socks.

“Wha-what are you doing to me Mommy?”

“Ok, but I’m not going to sit still for this”

Pattern: Generic toe up pattern with a 2X2 rib going up the top of the foot and the leg.

Needles: Addi Turbo’s #1’s, magic loop

Yarn: Koigu, no idea which colorway, above kitty was playing with the ball band and has hidden it from me I’m sure.

I already knit this pair of socks for last Christmas, but the toddler they were meant for had feet that were simply to chubby for the socks I knit. So I’m finally getting around to re knitting them, with a much wider foot and an extra wide heel. They should fit him now.

Does Thelma have cute kitty toes too? I love those itty bitty socks. How does the Koigu feel being reknit?

Too cute–both the socks and the kitty! Thel has certainly grown a nice plush coat now that she’s a Northwestern kitty!
