Just in…the fates have interferred!

The knitting goddess and the fates have seen fit to knock this knitter on her confident A$$. After completing the left side and starting on the right side of CPH, I came to the realization that I completely forgot an entire cable. Yup in my arrogance and confidence, I totally assumed I had read the pattern correctly and foolishly and in complete ignorance spent the day knitting the entire left front panel WRONG. so now it’s back in a ball. Despite this major minor set back, I will persevere and finish this sweater, likely in last place, but I will finish!

    Stuff happens. It’s only knitting! Too bad a quick redesign wasn’t in order. (Meantime I’ve just turned the first sleeve cables.)

    Oh, what a drag! As I mentioned, I’ve ripped out more on this project than any other…TC Marie’s right when she says it’s a black hole.
    I’m plugging along. I’ve finished the right front, and have cast on both sleeves. I’ve done an inch of ribbing. Would’ve been more, but I got sucked into watching The Departed with Tom.
    Stoopid Fates…hope you kick their ass tomorrow. :)
