Pics from our weekend trip to Mt Baker
As promised, here’s some of the pics from our trip last weekend.



This is a small sectoin of the road we had just climbed, It’s really not that far below where I took this picture from, but it winds back on itself to gain elevation.

Yes it’s really snow in July, and it’s accessible if not a bit on the dirty side. We even saw some snow boarders while we were there.

We went as far as we could up the road, which is to the summit, but the road does continue beyond that, it’s just closed because of all the snow still on the road. Should be open by the end of this month, so we may make another trip up there some time in August.

Great pictures–really makes me wish there was some leftover dirty snow I could go visit! And, as usual, your knitting output is amazing!
