Thursday Randoms
I ventured out last night even though it was snowing here. I had called DH and it wasn’t snowing at his work, so I figured no problem. Got to the SnB and there wasn’t even so much as a snow flake
. This whack of knitters meet in a mall, in the food court area. So there’s plenty of food, a Joann’s and a Michael’s near by. There’s even a Half Price Books right there. All in all a good time was had, and I will go back. I’ve been before and I even like the group, but one thing lead to another and I hadn’t been back until last night. It’s just one of those things, I’m glad I went though.
I made it about half way home before I found myself in a flurry of snow. Visibility was very low, and no one could even see where the lanes were. By the time the flurry let up enough to see beyond one car length ahead, there was at least 2 inches of snow on the freeway, I wasn’t about to get out and measure for the exact amount, but you get the picture, I didn’t have my camera with me either *note to self, put camera in purse. By the time I got home, my driveway, which had been clear before I left, was covered in about 3″ of snow. It’s all melting off now, but who ordered snow in Seattle in March? It’s not supposed to snow here this time of the year. It’s all the news locally, schools even closed.
If you haven’t noticed yet, I put together a rough gallery, it’s better than nothing, but we’ll see where it goes.

I’m glad you’re finding other groups to knit with, although I’m a bit jealous. Glad you’re having knitting fun!
