Welcome to my new Blog home.
DH got me my own domain, so my blog has moved. Since I haven’t figured out how, or even if I can move my blogs from blogger, everything to date will remain there, until such a time as I can figure out how to move it, or maybe just reside there permenantly. We’ll see how that works out.
I’m still getting aquainted with the new home, so there may be a few glitches, I hope those will work out in time.
It’s really not supposed to snow in Feburary in Seattle, at least I think it’s not supposed to, but when I went out to take a pic of the new pair of Fetchings, Seattle proved to me that I am wrong and I finished these in the nick of time. It’s snowing. The snow on the fetchings is what happened in the minute it took me to take the pic.
I’m really hoping it will stop soon, I was planning on going knitting tonight, if the snow keeps falling, that may not be an option, driving in the snow in Seattle is like driving in the rain in LA, it’s a big mess.
Pattern: Fetching by Cheryl Niamath, found in Knitty Summer ‘06
Yarn: Frog Tree 100% Merino ( 50g/137 yards) Color is black (0012)
Needles: Options #6 (magic loop)
Mods: I added an extra 6 rows and a 2nd set of cable twists accross the top, just to give a little added coverage.

Nice Fetchings! And even nicer snow…you just had, had, HAD to rub it in, right?

Hooray for your new blog!
And your Fetchings are fetching…did they keep your hands toasty driving to knitting group?
The amount of snow you guys are getting is just crazy. Then again, last night it was 40 degrees here, too. Brrr.
